Tenuta del Buonamico is pleased to announce that its VIVI Vermentino2021 was ranked 
1st in the VermentinoDaMare competition, which was held in its first edition in 
Marina di Pietrasanta last May 16th.

Yet another success, which saw our Vermentino in purity triumph among the many participants, the fruit of love for local tradition, which sees this vine as one of the most typical of the area. The competition was organized in collaboration with the Officine del Vino and sponsored by the famous Twiga restaurant. The prize, a precious plate in Carrara marble, further underlines the link with the territory. Great satisfaction for the owner, Eugenio Fontana, who says he is proud of the result obtained, and underlines the estate’s commitment to maintaining an ever higher quality standard.

Vivi, which owes its name to Vivinaia, that is the Via del Vino, which was the 
ancient name of Montecarlo, is a fresh, savory, mineral wine with a marked acidity.
The nose is floral, with notes of white pulp fruit and citrus fruits, and hints of
wild herbs, such as sage. Excellent in combination with fish in general, it is
recommended above all with fried seafood or vegetables, or even simply as an 
aperitif. Perfect for the hot season, and a must for a dinner by the sea!
