Emotional and sensorial charateristics
Wine with a very intense and wide flavour, with red fruit in evidence. It has a fresh undergrowth smell, blackberry, spicy and balsamic notes which are typical of the Syrah.
The taste is intense, tasty, well structured and balanced. It has deep but soft tannins which are well balanced with the acidity and the wide structure.
To be served at the temperature of 18 °C.
With its own elegance and spicy notes it is perfect with red meat, grilled white meat with sauces or delicate roast meat.
