Another success of Tenuta del Buonamico in the Master of Olive Oil International Contest, which this year took place in the prestigious location of Monte Carlo, in the presence of an international jury of experts. Obtaining recognition at the MOOOOIC is a great satisfaction, since the aim of the competition is to identify products of the highest quality to be offered on the market.

SILVER MEDAL STANDARD SELECTION OF GOOD QUALITY

Born from a blend of Frantoio, Leccino, and Pendolino, or the typical varieties of the hills of Montecarlo, in the province of Lucca, this elegant extra virgin olive oil has a beautiful green color with golden yellow highlights. The scent is pleasantly fruity, with fresh hints of cut grass, hay, artichoke and almond. The taste is fruity, young and slightly spicy.

Ideal raw, it will be perfect in combination with bread and tomato, for the creation of a succulent and typical bruschetta, or to dress legumes and boiled vegetables. Absolutely to try with a black cabbage soup, a pappa al pomodoro, a ribollita or simply on Altopascio’s “sciocco” bread, to prepare a simple but exquisite fettunta.
